MaavraTech provides custom software engineering services including but not limited to web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, AI integrations, QA testing, and related consulting services. The specific scope of any engagement will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement.

3.2 Deliverables

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon receipt of full payment, all custom deliverables created specifically for a client project will transfer to the client. MaavraTech retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-client-specific tools in future engagements.

4. Client Obligations

Clients engaging MaavraTech for services agree to:

• Provide timely access to required information, systems, and personnel to enable project delivery.
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timeframes.
• Ensure that any materials, data, or content provided to MaavraTech does not infringe third-party rights.
• Make payments as agreed in the SOW or service agreement.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Project work may require a deposit before commencement.
• Invoices are due within the period specified (typically 14–30 days).
• Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the agreement.
• MaavraTech reserves the right to suspend work on overdue accounts.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, trade secrets, or business information disclosed during the course of an engagement. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the agreement for a period of 3 years, unless a longer period is agreed in writing.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

We strive to ensure our website is accurate and up to date, but we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness or accuracy of information on this website. The website is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

For project work, warranties specific to deliverables will be defined in the individual service agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MaavraTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount paid to us by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement upon written notice if the other party materially breaches these Terms or the applicable service agreement and fails to remedy the breach within 14 days of receiving written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved within 30 days, through binding arbitration or the courts of jurisdiction agreed in the individual service agreement.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
